Welcome to Village Candle's customer support area. Please use the form below to let us know if you are having issues with your Village Candle purchase.

• All damage and quality issues require photographic documentation in order to be processed.
• Submit a photo of the actual damage as well as photos of the top and bottom candle labels.
• If your order was damaged during shipping, additional photos of the damaged box are necessary to process your claim.

    To process your request, please upload photos to support your claim. We will need a photo of the product(s) in question, image of front and bottom labels. If this is a shipping issue, we will need images of both the package and products.
